Requesting a consultation by selecting a date and time and providing your contact information is a request only and does not guarantee that a consultation will be provided; we reserve the right to review your request and decide whether to provide a consultation.

 

Evaluation of EB-2 NIW, EB-1A, EB-1B, and O-1 Credentials

If you request an initial evaluation for the EB-2 National Interest Waiver, EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1B, or O-1 visa, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You may be asked to complete a worksheet for evaluation. This worksheet is essential for assessing your credentials before the consultation.
2. The worksheet may be reviewed and evaluated by Ashoori Law staff, contractors, or a trained client manager, who may or may not be an attorney.
3. The evaluation process may take several days to complete. The evaluation is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of any kind regarding the merits of your case.
4. It does not guarantee eligibility or success.
5. For these evaluations, we apply internal standards for determining whether to accept a case. These standards may differ from those used by other law firms or practitioners. You are encouraged to seek independent evaluations from other qualified immigration attorneys before making any decisions.
